Summary: When cross-referencing figure inside image caption.
The cross-referenced figure number stays unchanged
even though the figure number of the aforementioned
image caption has changed (due to adding new figures
above the current figure)

Description:
As said in summmary. My usage is I have several images with captioning.
Containing figure numbers. Then, I reference these figures in my body text
using the following steps: Insert -> Cross-reference-> in the "Fields" window,
within "Cross-references" tab, set type as "Figure" and refer using "Referenced
text" and select the figure of interest.
My intention is if I add more figures or shuffle their orders in the future,
not only the figure numbers underneath the image should change automatically
(this already works) but also the reference I have in the body text should
change too (this is not working and figure number stays unchanged no matter how
I try it). I think this is a bug
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to "Insert"
2. "Cross-reference"
3. In the "Fields" window, "Cross-references" tab, make sure type is "Figure"
and "Refer using" is "Referenced text" and select the figure of interest. For
example, we selected "Figure 1: QR code".
4. Click "Insert". You should now see the cross-referenced caption with figure
number inserted into the body text.
5. Add a new image with captioning on top of the aforementioned figure. This
causes the figure number of the older image to change to Figure 2.
6. However, the previously mentioned cross-referenced figure number remain
unchanged.
Actual Results:
Old figure number still exists. I also refreshed the fields by Tools -> Update
-> Fields or Tools -> Update -> Update All. Didn't work.
Expected Results:
Figure number of cross-referenced caption should change along with the actual
figure itself when updated.
