I can't tell what this bloody form is doing with my attempts to pose a message with image attachments but if you grub around in this section you should find two screenshots. The text that goes with them is as follows: In the first screenshot we see text on the left and a comment on the right. In the text there is a yellow triangle under the word 'I'. The triangle is joined by a yellow line to the comment. In the second screenshot the comment pane is closed and the triangle is no longer shown: the user has no indication that the text is commented. That is what I mean by saying the triangle has disappeared. What I'm proposing is that the triangle, but not thee yellow line, should remain visible in the text all the time so that the user knows there is a comment. I would have clicking the triangle open the comments pane. It has been suggested that the user may not like to see triangles. I would not think a tiny triangle in the text would upset anyone, but, if it does, I would have a setting that hides it.
