Description:
having an index, where all items (header+entries) are based on a para style
with hidden font, the navigator disallows the edit of that index. this makes no
sense.
the "hidden" attribut should affect only the dislay, not administrativity of
any formattable item, eg index. (have not tested for tables etc).
Steps to Reproduce:
1. create an index of any type
2. create a para style where the font is "hidden"
3. under index style, choose that para for title/levels
Actual Results:
in the navigator, the index is visible, but rmb on it does not show "edit..."
Expected Results:
the "hidden" attrib should only affet the display of that index, not it's
administrability.
the workaround: i have to make the para's font be visible again (unselect
"hidden"), then change the index's style assignments and re-set the hidden on
that para again (because there might be other stuff based on that).
