MS Excel 2019 PivotTable Design (conditional) tab
After creating a PivotTable, and navigating to it, a user typically wants to
perform various operation relating to its design and layout:
* Decide which subtotals appear
* Choose whether axes /fields get grand totals
* Choose whether or not to "insert empty rows", whether drill-down is enabled
etc. (well, not so much etc., but if we had feature parity with Excel there's
some more)
plus - the ability to apply table styles, to the pivot table; see bug 173317.
This functionality belongs in a conditional tab. It doesn't make sense as an
always-visible tab, as it only applies to PivotTables.
Excel has a PivotTable Design conditional tab, see attachment.
