The default set of toolbars does not include one for PivotTable-related
functionality.
We should have such a toolbar, with commands allowing control over the
different design/layout aspects of a toolbar, its styling, its data ranges etc.
(Some of these may already have their own UNO commands and icons, some may
not.)
For reference, see Excel's conditional PivotTable tabs.
Note: I'm not suggesting making it always-visible or visible by default etc. -
this bug is only about defining it, so that it is on the list.
