            Bug ID: 173323
Summary: when editing an equation/formula in writer, view is
                    scrollled to wrong place
           Product: LibreOffice
           Version: 26.2.5.2 release
          Hardware: All
                OS: Linux (All)
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: medium
         Component: Writer
          Assignee: [email protected]
          Reporter: [email protected]

Description:
When double-clicking to edit an equation (formula) in LO Writer, the view
scrolls to a different page than the one containing the formula. This happens
consistently; it's infuriating.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. create a three or four page document, with 'Page N' and '"eq N"' as text in
a formula on each page ()for N = 1 to 4, say).
2. go to the equation on page 3. double click to edit.

Actual Results:
the equation opens for editing, but the view port scrolls to a different part
of the (eg to page 2 instead of page 3) document, meaning that previewing
changes to the equation can be done only with difficulty.

Expected Results:
of course the formula being edited should stay in view in the main writer
document view pane. this used to work fine.

Reproducible: Always

User Profile Reset: No

Additional Info:
i checked and the same issue doesn't happen in LO Impress.
