Description:
Under certain circumstances, libreoffice FILEOPEN opens a CSV file as a text
file.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a text file
2. Open Recent Document
3. select XYZ.csv
Actual Results:
The csv opens in writer (as a text document)
The problem also occurs in safe mode.
1. Restart in safe mode
2. Open a .odt file
3. Open a .csv file
The file opens as a text file.
Expected Results:
the csv file should open as spreadsheet, especially because the last time I
opened the file, I opened it as a spreadsheet.
