,kjnI created a report from a table on LibreOffice (no queries, using a
wizard.) The first glitch it threw at me was that after the sorting screen; at
first it appears that the next button does nothing after the first click, only
moving at the second click. Further investigation is that if you clicked "next"
twice then "previous" once, it would take you to the "How do you want your form
to look?" screen. This issue appears regardless if I use sorting/grouping or
not--also, if I press "cancel" mid-setup the wizard re-opens twice without
warning.
Upon creating the form, the #authorconst# and #dateconst# fields are obvious
instead of being auto-generated. #pageconst# does the same. The rest of the
form appears fine, but upon trying to close the Writer window with the report,
it doesn't close, whether I click the X or goto File>Close. Upon deleting the
form from the main Base window or closing the main Base window it closes.

Running Debian 13 with KDE Plasma.
Further investigation while filling out the reproduce forms finds that three
Report wizards actually open up during the report-filling, instead of just one.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a table with any array of information
2. Navigate to Reports and click "Use Wizard to Create Report..."
3. Generate a report as usual until you get to "According to which fields...
sor the data.
**First Glitch: Pressing "Next" will appear to not do anything. Pressing it
again takes you to another screen; you can press previous to access the
previously-inaccessible "How would you like your report to look?" screen.
Actual Results:
Upon creation of the form, the constants between hashes are shown (as
explained,) and you cannot close the form except by killing it or deleting it
from the main Base window or by closing the Base window. During the wizard I
could press previous to further customize the form.
Expected Results:
I'd expect only one setup window to open, the "How would you like... report to
look?" window to show as normally, the #pageconst#, #dateconst#, and
#authorconst# placeholders to be respectively filled, and the ability to
actually close the window.

Additional Info:
Running it with the forced GTK3 thing didn't seem to work (thanks Google AI).
This has also happenned in the LQXT desktop environment; still used Debian 13.
I suspect this is independent of whether it's Plasma/LXQt.
(Note: I removed "name" in the video I attached because it had sensitive info.
It does the same thing with it included.)
