Description:
In LibreOffice Calc, clicking the middle mouse button (scroll wheel) activates
the autoscroll/panning icon. However, moving the mouse cursor to the left or
right does not scroll the sheet horizontally; navigation is restricted purely
to vertical movement (up and down).
In contrast, LibreOffice Writer supports full 2D autoscrolling (up, down, left,
right) when middle-clicking. Calc should share this behavior to allow smooth
horizontal navigation across wide spreadsheets.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open LibreOffice Calc and load a sheet.
2. Click the middle mouse button anywhere inside the spreadsheet grid to
activate the autoscroll icon.
3. Move the mouse cursor to the left or to the right.
Actual Results:
The view only scrolls vertically (up/down). Horizontal movement of the mouse is
ignored.
Expected Results:
The sheet should scroll horizontally (left/right) as the mouse is moved left or
right, matching the autoscroll behavior in Writer.
