'Default' really means 'not specified'
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Set 3 columns to Text format
2.Align Cells A1, B1, C1 as top, middle, bottom vertical alignment.
3.Layer conditional formatting style over the top that only sets background
colour
Actual Results:
Applying the conditional formatting change Text alignment in cell to bottom,
even if manual formatting specified otherwise, and even if default style is Top
aligned.
Expected Results:
Applying the conditional formatting should not change Text alignement in cell
(unless desired and values changed from 'Default')
