Description:
In LibreOffice Writer, setting vertical text direction in a table cell causes
severe layout distortion upon performing basic table operations. The affected
row(s) shift horizontally to the left or right, extending beyond the page
frame/margins and creating a misaligned, "stair-stepped" table appearance.
This issue occurs in both .odt and .docx file formats when copying/pasting the
table, saving and reopening the document, or inserting a new column into the
table.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open LibreOffice Writer and insert a 2x2 table.
2. Type text into all cells.
3. Change the text orientation of one cell to Vertical (via Table Properties ->
Text Flow -> Text orientation).
4. Perform any of the following actions:
Copy and paste the table.
Save the file (as .odt or .docx), close, and reopen it.
Insert a new column into the table.
Actual Results:
The table row/cell boundaries slide horizontally, overflowing the page margin
and resulting in a distorted, stair-stepped layout.
Expected Results:
Table rows, columns, and cell boundaries should remain properly aligned without
horizontal displacement or distortion.
