Description:
After inserting a #10 envelope via the envelope dialog, the actual dimensions
of the envelope in the document are 9.5" x 8.5".
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Insert -> Envelope
2. Confirm on the format page that the envelope dimensions are #10, or 9.5" by
4.13"
3. Click modify/insert to add the envelope
Actual Results:
Observe the inserted envelope is 9.5" x 8.5".
Expected Results:
It should have inserted a #10 envelope
