The attached SVG has a path with many segments. The SVG takes a long time to
load with Draw or Impress.
Might be a duplicate of #168699
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached SVG with Draw or import into Impress presentation.
Actual Results:
Takes a long time to load.
Expected Results:
Load is fast in other SVG viewers.
Reproducible: Always
