Description:
reloading a csv file clears the filters. To get back to the previous view, I
need to activate filters, find the filter column, reselect the filter criteria,
and save the search.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. open a csv file
2. activate and set filters on one or more columns - see a the selected rows
3. File->Reload
Actual Results:
The file reloads, but filters are turned off and the filter settings are lost.
I have to do a lot of clicking (minimum 6 or 7) to restore the previous state.
Expected Results:
filter settings should be preserved - zero additional clicks required to see
the view

Additional Info:
I use this with Codex and Claude code, after every "sprint", claude code
updates the backlog.csv file. I'd like to reload it and have the same files.
