frozen rows and columns are lost when zoomed offscreen
Steps to Reproduce:
1. select a cell in the middle of the screen
1. select view, freeze rows and columns
2. zoom view (any manner) so that a frozen row or column goes off-screen
Actual Results:
frozen row/col is lost
Expected Results:
frozen row/col are preserved
Reproducible: Always
