Bug Title: Text shifts down (along with header) when a bullet point is used in
a table column
Description: When a table column contains bulleted text, the text shifts down
and appears alongside the header, instead of remaining aligned within its own
cell.
Steps to Reproduce:
We noticed that the text moves down to the next line when it contains bullet
points.
When we remove the bullet points from the text, it no longer shifts down within
the table column.
