Description:
when copying frames containing an index (the only way i found how to copy
indexes), takes all configuration of the index BUT the concordance
checkmark+file setting.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. have a document1 with an alpha index defined inside a frame, having a
concordance file set.
2. copy that frame into another document.
Actual Results:
all settings of the index came with, BUT the concordance settings.
Expected Results:
obviously, it should copy ALL settings, including the concordance file settings
Reproducible: Always
