I can't believe we haven't noticed this! It has to be some kind of regression.
Maybe having to do with when we last changed logic regarding alignment
Start/End vs Left/Right.

Ismail, note that RTL-UI bugs are about bugs we don't see in the LTR UI, and
that are regarding the UI specifically rather than the contents of the
document. In this case, it's a general RTL bug (and that has a different
meta-bug).
