--- Comment #2 from Jaideep <[email protected]> --- Important finding: switching LibreOffice's own Application Theme (Tools > Options > LibreOffice > Application Colors, or Personalization) from Light to Dark makes the problem go away completely. I tested this several times - the black boxes only appear when using the Light theme.
