In Writer, it is now not possible to create a table without applying a table
style.
That is bad, because any change to the table (insert rows/columns for example)
re-applies the style to the table. So any manual formatting done to the table
is lost.
While that may be fine for a table that was intentionally created with a
specific table style, it is not fine to have a table style forced during the
creation process - at least not in Writer.
This started in 26.8 with one of:

Steps to reproduce:
1. start a new document in Writer
2. Table - Insert
The insert table dialog no longer defaults to creating a table with a table
style of None. In fact, None is not even available in the list.
