I tried to limit the list length, but in my opinion it is not a good idea, so I let the whole list. The actual behavior enables to easily scroll among the list and limiting the list will add extra clicks to reach the desired sheet. "Go to sheet" dialog is an interesting tool to reach a sheet among a long list, thanks to its search field.
