Description:
When using items that make use of Color Picker Dialogs
-Background Fill Color (for cell backgrounds)
-Font Color
-Border Color
etc.
If the color is shown/detected in the current "Palette", a dotted outline
indicator shows up around that colors swatch square, to let user know what
color is currently being used by that item.
I noticed that the Color Picker dialog for Sheet Tab Color does not include
this indicator.
Suggesting to add this current color indicator outline to this Color Picker
dialog as well.
I feel this color indicator can be very helpful and this would also maintain
consistency with the other Color Picker Dialogs that already contain this
feature.
