Description:
In properties are different units for Paragraph (cm) and Table (inch).
Steps to Reproduce:
1. change user interace to english (USA)
2. restart
3. change user interface to German (Germany)
Actual Results:
When switching to english (USA) Paragraph and Table shows both inch (") unit,
switching back to german only paragraph change to cm.
Expected Results:
Table properties should show cm
Reproducible: Always
