Assuming Section One contains slide 1 and 2, and Section Two another two
slides.
Dragging slide #4 between 1 and 2 should clearly add it to this section (but
moves #2 out of it.
Microsoft allows to drag before/after slide with a nice indicator which allows
to add a slide to a section that contains only one slide (where we currently
don't know whether it should become part of this section).
