Description:
When entering or editing text/formulas in the Calc Formula Bar, the input field
visibly jitters or flickers on every single keypress and mouse click.
While editing simple numbers might not make this issue immediately obvious, it
becomes highly disruptive when working with long, multi-nested, or complex
formulas. The constant micro-movements cause visual fatigue and break the
user's concentration during critical data entry. A spreadsheet input field must
remain visually stable to ensure precision and comfort.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open LibreOffice Calc.
2. Select any cell and click inside the Formula Bar to enter edit mode.
3. Begin typing a long formula or continuously press arrow keys to navigate the
text.
4. Observe the border and layout of the Formula Bar during keypresses.
Actual Results:
The Formula Bar flickers or shifts slightly with each keystroke/click, creating
a distracting jitter effect.
Expected Results:
The Formula Bar UI should remain completely static and stable while typing or
navigating through text.
