Hidden now at 26.8 with Vulkan hw accel disabled. Looks like the vcl\skia\gdiimpl.cxx @ 516 is a fail over catch when a Vulkan call chokes--but I don't think we are doing anything smart now with the GPU driven crash/recovery. But do we have anyone up to speed at this point on the Vulkan tooling? Vulkan rendering used to be more stable with initial implementations, but continues to degrade as we refresh the Chromium skia milestones.
