In Impress, the Formatting toolbar has a Line Style drop-down list-box control
- but no Line Thickness control - neither a drop-down list-box, nor any other
kind; and neither visible by default or hidden by default.
This is not right. Users are just as likely to want to change the thickness of
a line as they are to change its style from continuous to dotted or dashed. In
fact, changing the thickness may be even _more_ frequent/common than changing
the style. So - such a control needs to be added.
