In fact the 'Send outline to Clipboard' does register to system clipboard. The system just does not know what format it is and has no way to resolve the internal format. Look at LibreOffice "Paste Special" 'More options...' the only format showing is 'Unknown source' and 'Rich text formatting (RTF)' Using the NirSoft "insideclipboard" utility I see it present in memory with a dynamic clipboard ID 49280 for its 'Rich Text Format' clipboard item. No other values, suspect that is going to be the issue, at least on Windows builds. Clip attached. The RTF is recognized internally for LibreOffice use, but is unknown otherwise. Suspect that since CF_RTF or CF_RICHTEXT are not a standard clipboard formats, that LibreOffice has to register something additionally for it to be in a recognized format on clipboard. Wouldn't that require a RegisterClipboardFormatW() call?
