That's incorrect. You are asking for a category that does not exist in other spreadsheet tools. The "duration" formats _are_ supported, but they are not arranged in their own "Duration" category. As for listing every single combination of Format codes, that would make the lists extremely long, and thus not useful. There are many different formats that are supported but not included in the default predefined list. The same goes for every other spreadsheet tool. Having all variants included would make the lists unmanageable. As for presenting decimal hours or decimal minutes, that's a calculated value. Date and Time (and duration) formats are included in order to facilitate the introduction of values and their interpretation by users. Any format that is not typical is not "translated" automatically to be displayed, so it remains as a calculation-only.
