Description:
When I open a file with tracked changes and deleted text, I can select such
text, but when I copy it (either with Ctrl-C or via the menu → Copy), nothing
is changed to the clipboard.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a file with tracked changes and deleted text.
2. Select a part of the deleted text.
3. Copy the selection (either with Ctrl-C or via the menu → Copy).
4. Paste the selection in LibreOffice or another application.
Actual Results:
At step 4, in most applications (such as LibreOffice and Firefox), nothing
happens, probably because an empty selection was copied to the clipboard (in
GNU Emacs, some old selection is pasted, perhaps because there is special
handling when the clipboard is empty).
Expected Results:
The selected text should have been copied to the clipboard as usual, thus
pasted at step 4.

User Profile Reset: No
Additional Info:
One may wonder what should happen with "cut" instead of "copy", since the
deleted text is not modifiable. I would say that it should just behave as a
normal "cut" but the deleted text should remain visible as marked as deleted.
Currently, this just empties the clipboard.
Alternatively, one could consider that deleted text should not be selectable.
But IMHO, it is more useful to be able to select and copy it (e.g. for a
discussion about these changes in the document).
