Even if LibreOffice has yet not implemented all cases, we should keep the settings separate. They are independent from each other. (A) The setting in tab "Table" of the table properties dialog generates an attribute in `<style:table-properties>` (20.404.7). (B) The setting in tab "Text Flow" of the table properties dialog generates an attribute in `style:table-cell-properties>`(20.404.6). It sets the direction for current active cell when you use it.
