Open any Base file, here tested with HSQLDB

Set a filter or a auto filter. Uncheck "Apply Filter" to see all rows.
→ You couldn't choose "Reset Filter/Sort"
→ Go to Standard Filter
→ You could choose "Filed Name" → "None" but the filter will be still there.
→ Test it with checking "Apply Filter"
When changing filter in "Standard Filter" to "none" the old filter should be
removed.
