Description:
On the extensions portal (https://extensions.libreoffice.org) the rating of
extensions is sometimes displayed differently between "list" and "show" views.
In the observed cases, the rating displayed on the list page tends to be off by
one value down (e.g. 3 stars in the list view, 4 stars in the show view). Given
this detail, it might be due to inconsistent rounding of the rating value
between pages.
Examples include the following extensions:

- https://extensions.libreoffice.org/en/extensions/show/writer2latex-1
- https://extensions.libreoffice.org/en/extensions/show/41988
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Access the extension portal
(https://extensions.libreoffice.org/extensions?start=0&ord=download_d&start=0)
2. Look for extensions "Dictionnaires francais" or "Writer2LaTeX" and note the
three stars rating
3. Open the extension page and note the four stars rating

The rating between list and show pages is not consistent.
