The "Extensions" dialog opened by "Tools - Language - More Dictionaries Online"
miss a Help button to open a (new) Help page with explanations of the
Gear/Hamburger menu in the top right.
What is/means "Active version only" checkbox ?
Explain the sorting options (trivial but...)
Explain the Condensed list / Details options (does not seem to work in this
Dictionary display of the dialog - or once selected "details" you can't get the
condensed mode anymore)

Help page should follow accordingly.
