Hold Ctrl and select downward by headers more than one row (not the same than those in step 1) 3. Hold Shift and press Up Arrow (at least) once 4. Hit Enter (once or more) 5. Hold Shift and hit Enter (once or more) Steps 4 and 5 could be inverted.
