Setting the os/DE DWM to its Dark mode color sense--or toggling it back to Light mode color sense, start up of LibreOffice tracks. Tools -> Options -> Appearance Listbox of Themes is set to 'Automatic' (so tracks os/DE color sense) 'Enable application theming' is unchecked and disabled. There is only issue when the list box of Themes selects other than Automatic. And notably when Dark|Light is selected opposite of the os/DE color setting. It looks like that is what is shown in the attached clip. Set to LibreOffice Theme to Automatic and restart, alternatively enable the application theming and download/install something appealing.
