Example file demonstrating the problem.
Problem description:
When you scroll the view so that this comment is not completely visible,and
then click into the comment in order to edit it, it selects parts of the text
of the comment.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a comment (for example at the bottom or top of a page) and add some
text.
2. Scroll the view so that the comment is only partly visible.
3. Click into the comment to edit it.
Current behavior:
It shifts the view and selects parts of the comment's text.
Expected behavior:
It should not select text. The text cursor should appear at the position where
the user clicked.
