No description for "Handle Invalid Values" in the data validity error alert.
Checkbox label on error alert page of data validity not updated.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Error Alert page, and click "Help".
Open new Calc, show "Data validation..." dialog, show "Error Alert" Tab, and
click "Help" button.

Expected Results:
2. "Handle Invalid Values."

The labels don't convey meaning just by reading them, so help pages need to be
properly prepared.
