Attached is the pptx with Image applied with Washout Color mode. When opened
with Impress, the mode is not applied to the Image.
Problem description:
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new pptx or docx in Office 2007+.
2. Add a picture to it.
3. Format the picture ->Recolor->Washout (from color modes category)
Current behavior: The picture is shown as it is with the mode discarded.
Expected behavior: The picture should be shown with almost 80% transparency.
The same can be achieved in Libreoffice by setting Image mode to Watermark.
