When I try to start LO in safe mode, this is what happens:
$ libreofficedev27.2 --safe-mode

LibreOfficeDev user installation could not be processed due to missing access
rights. Please make sure that you have sufficient access rights for the

I don't understand what's going on, and the error message sounds wrong.
