            Bug ID: 173726
Summary: Relative size default is the same for numbers and for
                    bullets
           Product: LibreOffice
           Version: 27.2.0.0 alpha0+ master
          Hardware: All
                OS: All
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: medium
         Component: Impress
          Assignee: [email protected]
          Reporter: [email protected]

Reproduction instructions:

1. Create a new presentation, with no template.
2. Create a text box on the first slide (or double-click the placeholder)
3. Enter some text, e.g. "Hello"
4. On the menus, choose Format > Bullets and Numbering
5. Take a look at the "Rel. Size" value in the dialog, and also press the
Character " Select..." button to see which character is used for bullets.
6. Switch the "Type" from "Bullet" to "1, 2, 3"
7. Take another look at the "Rel. Size" value in the dialog

Actual results:

At step (5.), I see a relative size is 45%, and the bullet is "black circle",
U+25CF. This is ok for round black circle, which at size 100% has the full
x-height.

At step (7.), the value is still 45%.

Expected results:

The default size should change when I switch from bullets to numbers, to the
default value (taken from the default template? hard-coded?) for numbers.

I realize that the default size for numbers will likely "pair" with the choice
of numbering font, while the default size for bullets will likely "pair" with
the chosen bullet's size. Technically, since in every paragraph you only use
either one or the other, you only need one size - but at least the defaults, if
not the size properties themselves, need to be different.

Haven't looked at what the ODF standard says about any of this.
