Description:
When measuring a table row height (and column width) in the sidebar, the value
is displayed in inches (e.g. "0.39 in") even though the measurement unit is set
to centimeters in Tools > Options > LibreOffice Writer > General and the other
measurements in the sidebar are displayed in cm.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a document containing a table (or create one).
2. Select a table row.
3. Open the sidebar (View > Sidebar).
4. Check the row height value shown in the Properties panel.
Actual Results:
The row height and column width are displayed in inches (e.g. "0.39 in").
Expected Results:
The row height and column width should be displayed in centimeters (e.g. "1.0
cm"), matching the unit setting in Tools > Options.
