Description:
Unable to re-position the Synchronise Labels popup window with the mouse. Have
to use CTRL-SPACE to pull up window, then arrow keys.
Dark mode, default theme (if that makes a difference)
Windows 10
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a new label template
2. go through the settings and ensure synchronise is selected
3. create new document. Sych window appears over the data source navigation
buttons, and cannot be moved with mouse
Actual Results:
Windows stays in the same position - minimise, maximise and close buttons
visible - maximise button stays highlighted.
Expected Results:
Mouse should be able to move the window
Reproducible: Always
