1. Launch with HELP_DEBUG=1
2. Make sure Tools - Options - LibreOffice - General: Extended Tips is active
3. Hover over some label - some are more quick to appear than others: try
Writer Sidebar - Properties: the paragraph spacing fields.
You should see a UI path like svx/ui/sidebarparagraph/aboveparaspacing in the
tooltip.
This stopped in 24.8 with 84c75676bfe6f745d5bc70a74f8a7e82778227e2
if we don't have local help then Help::GetHelpText will be empty
anyway, so we can skip that work on Window::GetHelpText.
