            Bug ID: 173785
Summary: Image jumps to the preceding cell when resized inside
                    RTL tables in Writer
           Product: LibreOffice
           Version: unspecified
          Hardware: All
                OS: All
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: medium
         Component: Writer
          Assignee: [email protected]
          Reporter: [email protected]

Description:
In Right-to-Left (RTL) tables in LibreOffice Writer, inserting an image into a
table cell and attempting to resize/scale it down causes the image to
unexpectedly jump to the preceding cell to the left.

Specifically:

In a 2-column RTL table: Resizing an image in Column 2 causes it to jump to
Column 1.

In a 3-column RTL table: Resizing an image in Column 3 moves it to Column 2,
and resizing it again moves it from Column 2 to Column 1.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open LibreOffice Writer.
2. Insert a table with 2 or 3 columns and set its direction to Right-to-Left
(RTL).
3. Insert or paste an image into the leftmost cell (e.g., Column 2 in a
2-column table, or Column 3 in a 3-column table).
4. Select the image and reduce its size using the corner handle.

Actual Results:
The image jumps to the cell on its left (e.g., from Column 2 to Column 1, or
Column 3 to Column 2).

Expected Results:
The image should remain in its original cell and shrink normally without
changing its cell placement.

Reproducible: Always
