            Bug ID: 173790
Summary: Offset pasted shapes slightly from original position
                    to make duplication visible
           Product: LibreOffice
           Version: unspecified
          Hardware: All
                OS: All
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: enhancement
          Priority: medium
         Component: UI
          Assignee: [email protected]
          Reporter: [email protected]

Description:
When copying and pasting a shape (or drawing object) in LibreOffice, the newly
pasted shape is placed directly over the original shape at the exact same X/Y
coordinates with zero offset. This makes it difficult for users to visually
confirm that the paste action succeeded, as the original shape is completely
covered by the duplicate.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open LibreOffice (e.g., Draw or Writer).
2. Insert any shape (e.g., a rectangle) into the document.
3. Select the shape and copy it (Ctrl + C).
4. Paste the shape (Ctrl + V).

Actual Results:
The pasted shape is overlaid exactly on top of the original shape without any
offset, making both shapes appear as one single object.

Expected Results:
The pasted shape should be slightly offset (shifted diagonally by a few
pixels/millimeters down and to the right) relative to the original shape,
making the duplicate immediately noticeable and easy to select.

Reproducible: Always
