It is not "Equity", like you mentioned. Can you checked? You're right about the fonts. Those other fonts are from the same commercial font designer who made Equity (Matthew Butterick). I was just misremembering which of his fonts I'd put in the header/footer (I misspoke). Either way, the result is the same. I have the OTF versions installed on my system, so obviously I can't embed them using Word. But I'll try installing the TTF versions of the same fonts and try embedding them.
