On my system this issue seems to be with Qt-based VCLs. GTK3 seems to be fine.
So it seems another case of trouble of the Qt-based VCLs (including KF6) with
scaling. Transitions are also broken at scales != 100% there. Maybe fixing one
thing also fixes the other.
