Description:
I opened a new document today. Prior to adding or typing content the left
margin was approximately where I would expct the right margin to be. All page
size settings and margins were nominal (the default) no indent paragraph or
indent page was set and selecting indent had no effect. After additional
attempts to open a new doc, closing the program and reopening and getting the
sane result I sought help.
Attempting to download help, which the app indicated I needed to download, I
was redirected to your product download page. I presumed but did not confirm I
am on a down level version. The direct download failed, the server side did not
respond (blank page, no download). Attempting the mirror sites (no list
appeared, no response) and the torrent site likewise resulted in no download.
Failed and now seeking replacement product without bizarre surprises and back
end support.
