            Bug ID: 173839
Summary: Deleting a row or column from a table resets the
border properties of the entire table
           Product: LibreOffice
           Version: 26.8.0.3 release
          Hardware: x86-64 (AMD64)
                OS: Windows (All)
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: medium
         Component: Writer
          Assignee: [email protected]
          Reporter: [email protected]

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new Writer document.
2. Insert a 3×3 table.
3. Select all cells in the table, perform a right-click and select "Table
Properties...".
4. In the dialog window, go to the "Border" tab and modify any of the "Line" or
"Padding" properties, for example, set the line thickness to "Thick" and/or
increase the padding.
5. Click "OK".
6. Delete any row or column from the table via right-click -> Delete.

Expected result: The row/column is deleted without affecting the border
properties of the remaining cells.

Actual result: The row/column is deleted and the border properties of the
entire table are reset to their default values (the shadow style seems to be
unaffected). Furthermore, undoing the deletion does not restore the custom
border properties.

Maybe this bug is related to bug 144255.
